OUR HISTORY
Our firm was established in March 2021, by Mr. Tiaan Goussard and Mr Helmut Carow. Both Mr Goussard and Mr Carow was admitted as Attorneys of the High Court in August 2020, after completing their articles of clerkship at well-known and established legal firms in Johannesburg. Our directors had a dream of starting their own practice since the beginning of their legal careers and finally decided to do so in March 2021 after South Africa started to recover from the effects of the second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Equipped with the knowledge of the “pre-pandemic” manner of running a law practice, our Directors grasped at the opportunity to establish a law practice in the new technologically advanced post-pandemic era. Our team supports the use of Caselines in the High Courts in Gauteng and appearing in court virtually, whilst enjoying physical appearance in the Lower Courts.
